Ai Assistant: User Agreement & Terms of Use
Who we are
Our website address is: https://x630.com. We offer HOA Document Services to HOA’s and Management Companies. This AI Assistant (the “Service”) is an automated information retrieval tool. It is designed to assist users in locating specific provisions within the Association’s governing documents and relevant Arizona Revised Statutes.
Not Legal Advice
- Informational Only: Responses generated by the AI do not constitute legal advice, architectural approval, or a formal board decision.
- Non-Binding: The AI cannot grant variances, waive fines, or alter the CC&Rs. Any official request must still follow the formal application process outlined in the Association’s rules.
Requirement for Verification
- The “Source” Rule: Users are strictly advised to verify any information provided by the AI against the official PDF or physical copies of the Governing Documents.
- Citations: The AI provides Article and Section citations for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy between the AI’s summary and the text of the recorded documents, the recorded documents shall prevail.
Limitation of Liability – By using this Service, the user acknowledges that:
- The Association and its Management Company are not liable for any actions taken based solely on AI-generated information.
- The AI may occasionally provide incomplete or contextually limited summaries.
- Technical errors or “hallucinations” (incorrect data generation) are a known risk of AI technology.
Privacy & Data
- Do Not Share PII: Users should not input “Personally Identifiable Information” (e.g., Social Security numbers, bank details, or private health information) into the chat.
- Monitoring: To improve accuracy, chat transcripts may be reviewed by the Board or Management to identify common homeowner concerns.
